Regular Weekly Classes

Picture

Our lessons feature an interactive and individualized class design. Every class contains students of different ages, backgrounds, and artistic skills.  Within these classes, each student receives personally-tailored lessons, giving them the opportunity to grow at their own pace while still receiving the benefit of peer learning.

In a few years, students show vast improvement in their drawing skills and gain confidence in their artistic abilities. They have the chance to explore a variety of art mediums, study various principles of design and composition, and enter art contests along the way.

Because instruction is individualized, new students may join classes at any time. Each class runs for 1 hour and 20 minutes.  Although most students take one lesson per week, students may schedule as many lessons per week as they wish if space is available. We recommend that students Grade 7 and older take at least two classes per week in order to prepare enough pieces for the college art portfolio.

All fees are paid in advance. When your child nears the completion of his or her current set of classes, you will receive a reminder to pay the fee for the next 16. If your student has purchased art supplies from us (totaling less than $20) during this time, this fee will be added to your reminder. If a larger purchase is made during the semester, a bill will be sent at the time of purchase.

There are multiple payment plans to suit your needs.  The rates are listed in the table below.
