Adult Classes
Welcome to our Adult Art Classes at Art Corner Studio — creativity has no age limit, and it is never too late to learn!
Whether you are completely new to art, have previous art experience, or are returning to painting after many years, our spacious and welcoming studio provides a comfortable environment where you can create, explore new techniques, and develop your skills at your own pace. You are welcome to bring your own photos, artwork, or other reference materials and create whatever interests you. Our experienced art instructors provide individualized guidance throughout the process, helping you with drawing techniques, composition, color, light and shadow, details, and finishing touches. If you would like to study art more systematically, we can also help you develop a step-by-step, long-term learning plan. Starting with fundamental skills such as drawing, proportions, perspective, light and shadow, and gradually moving into color theory and different painting media, students can learn to work with pencil, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, oil painting, and other traditional materials. We also offer digital art instruction, allowing students to explore modern digital tools and creative techniques. Throughout the learning process, our goal is not simply to help you complete one painting after another. More importantly, we want you to understand the fundamentals of art, the characteristics of different media, and the complete creative process. Rather than simply learning to copy a reference image, you will gradually learn how to observe, analyze, plan, and develop your own artwork. With consistent practice and continued learning, students can gradually develop the ability to work independently, create original ideas, choose appropriate materials and techniques, and complete their own artwork from beginning to end. Whether you are looking for a relaxing creative hobby, want to develop a lifelong artistic skill, or hope to become confident enough to create independently over several years of study, our instructors will support you step by step according to your individual goals and level. Our adult students are encouraged to try a wide variety of mediums and techniques, including: Pencil drawing & sketching Color pencil techniques Ink pen sketching Acrylic painting Oil painting Watercolor Optional: Blender (3D design) and Photoshop (digital painting/editing) Interested in digital art or 3D design? You're also welcome to join our Blender and Photoshop sessions if you'd like to expand into digital mediums! |
Class Times
Adult students may attend once or twice a week. You may choose from the following class times based on your schedule. We will add additional class times as enrollment grows. Thursday: 5:30 – 7:30 PM Friday: 5:30 – 7:30 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Saturday: 1:00 – 3:00 PM Saturday: 4:00 – 6:00 PM Sunday: 2:30 – 4:30 PM If these times do not work for you, you are also welcome to join other available weekly sessions when space is available. Please include the student’s name with your payment so we can match the payment to your registration. You will normally receive a confirmation email within one week after registering. However, you do not need to wait for the confirmation email to attend class. If you have registered and submitted payment, you may simply walk in and start class whenever you are ready. There is no specific starting date required. Students can begin at any time that is convenient for their schedule. To secure your spot in our classes, please register in advance and submit payment as outlined in the class description. We look forward to welcoming you to Art Corner Studio for a fun and enriching artistic experience! Materials We recommend bringing your own art supplies whenever possible. Using your own materials helps keep your artwork and supplies clean, organized, and well maintained. It also allows you to become familiar with the tools and materials you will use regularly. You are also welcome to purchase materials at the studio or use our studio supplies for an optional $5 materials fee per each class. Pre-Registration Required To ensure your spot and accommodate any special seating needs, advance registration is required.

Cancellation & Make-Up Policy
At Art Corner Studio, we understand that plans can change. We strive to keep our policies flexible and stress-free for our students. Make-Up Classes: If an adult student misses a class, the class may be made up at any time when the studio is open. You are welcome to come during our regular studio hours without scheduling a specific make-up time in advance. If you are comfortable working alongside younger students, you may simply come whenever the studio is open. If you prefer a quieter time or would like to make sure a particular instructor is available, please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient make-up time. Studio Use Policy

Adult students are welcome to use the studio during our regular open hours. If you are comfortable working alongside younger students, you may come during any time the studio is open. There is no need to schedule a specific time in advance. These fees help cover utilities, studio supplies, cleaning, and general studio expenses. Our goal is to provide flexibility while keeping the studio comfortable, organized, and enjoyable for all artists—whether you attend regular classes or prefer independent practice. |
Refund & Credit Policy
We understand that schedules and circumstances can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining clear and fair bookkeeping practices. Please review our refund and credit policy below. Account Credit Payments made to Art Corner Studio may remain as account credit for up to one year from the date of payment. During this one-year period, the available credit may be used toward any Art Corner Studio class or camp. Refund Requests If you are unable to attend and would like to request a refund of your unused balance, the following refund schedule applies:
We understand that circumstances may change, and we do our best to provide families with flexible options. However, maintaining account credits and processing payments over an extended period makes bookkeeping increasingly difficult.
