Painting and Drawing Camp
Course Overview:
Age Group: Students ages 7 years old and up are welcome to join our Drawing and Painting Camp. For younger students aged 5-7, we offer a Clay Camp, which you can find more information about here.
Duration: Our Painting Camp runs for a flexible period of five to fifteen days, giving students the option to participate for two to three weeks.

Our Painting Camp offers students a special opportunity to explore various painting techniques and styles, including acrylic, watercolor, oil painting, and drawing from sketching to cartooning. We provide all the necessary materials and expert instruction to support their artistic journey.

- 6-Hour (Full Day) Classes: Perfect for students who want to dedicate more time to their art, allowing for in-depth exploration and project completion.

What Students Will Learn:
- Students will learn to paint a variety of subjects, ranging from still lifes to landscapes.
- As students advance in their painting skills, they will be encouraged to pursue their own ideas and concepts, fostering creativity and self-expression.
- Our Painting Camp is an excellent opportunity for students to prepare artwork for college art portfolios or art contests.
- Selected works from our students' paintings can be viewed in our studio gallery.

- Our studio doors open at 8:30 AM every morning, welcoming students for a day filled with creativity and learning.
- After 4:00 PM, there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per hour for students requiring extended care.
- Please inform us in advance if your child will need extra care. We have Teaching Assistants and young volunteers available to ensure their well-being.
- Students aged 13 years and older are welcome to stay in the studio beyond regular hours to continue working on their art pieces. There is no charge for this extended studio time. For students who have paid for a full day camp, if you have registered for a half-day, any work done after hours will count as regular lessons, or camp hours.
- Full-day students will have a lunch break scheduled in between classes.
- Students have the option to bring their own lunches (we provide a microwave oven and water) or purchase lunch from a nearby restaurant.
- Lunch breaks are 40 minutes long, allowing students to recharge before their next creative session.
- We understand that some students may have specific dates they'd like to attend, rather than committing to the entire camp.
- If you wish to participate as a part-time student on select dates, please contact us at least one week before the camp begins. We will work with you to arrange your attendance on the desired dates.

2. July 8th - Aug 2nd Painting and Drawing Camp 10 or 5 days Camp
3. August 5th - Aug 23th Painting and Drawing Camp 10 or 5 days Camp
Registration Discounts:
- Early Bird Discount (10 Full Days): Register and pay before April 20th to receive a $50.00 discount off your first 10 full days of camp.
- Early Bird Discount (5 Full Days or 10 Half Days): Register and pay before April 20th to receive a $20.00 discount off your first 5 full days or 10 half days of camp.
- Students have the option to bring their own art supplies.
- Alternatively, you can choose to use studio supplies for an additional fee of $25 per 5 half-day camp sessions.
We welcome part-time students! You have the flexibility to register for either 5 or 10 days of camp, allowing you to tailor your participation to your schedule and interests.
